Affiliated with the University of Georgia, the Civil Rights Digital Library is an open access database that provides a timeline of important events and has compiled a wealth of primary sources and other materials from a diversity of institutions. It is an excellent resource for delving into details about the movement, while also providing background and context for the continued fight for racial equality.
Reed Library offers a number of video tutorials for popular databases in our collection.
