Students, faculty, and staff registering to access the The New York Times digitally for the first time can set up a new account by completing the following steps:
Once registered, users may login to access nytimes.com and the mobile applications from any location in the world on any web-enabled device. (Click here for a set of printable instructions.)
For those with existing accounts from previous semesters, access is easy! You will simply need to visit nytimes.com and login using your Fredonia email address and the password you created.
Visit nytimes.com/edu to find ways to integrate The Times into your course, an extensive library of instructional strategies from faculty already using The Times, and other resources.
If you have questions regarding access, please don't hesitate to contact our campus contact, Adam Ritter at:
adam.ritter@nytimes.com
Once you have activated your account, you are given an Academic Pass that is valid for 4 years. After expiration, you may activate a new pass as long as you are connected to the SUNY Fredonia network.
