This page includes changes to library services for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester (and as the situation progresses), as well as resources for off-campus access.

Students and faculty can continue to request physical items (books/scores/DVDs/CDs) from our collection. As a courtesy, items can be mailed free of charge. No more than five physical items mailed per patron. Arrangements can also be made for pick-up.
ILL for physical items has ceased state-wide. However, articles and book chapters will continue to be delivered electronically. Be advised that delivery for electronic requests may be delayed.
If we have already received your previously requested ILL item, we will contact you to arrange pick-up.
For questions about renewing ILL items, or any other concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Students may request digital copies of Course Reserve items. Please include your course title, professor's name, book title, and the pages you want when submitting a request as the item may be subject to copyright limitations.
To make a request, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you would like to return books, Interlibrary Loan items or other library material, you can return them to any of the three Reed Library drop boxes.

If you are unable to return materials to the physical drop-box locations, you can mail items back:

Returning students can also request item renewal through the beginning of next semester.
For questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
While we may not be able to work together face-to-face, we still can support you virtually!
In addition to our 24/7 Ask a Librarian chat service, you may also schedule an individual research appointment with a librarian. Visit our individual research appointment page to schedule a virtual session with a librarian.
