Tax Forms and Information: How to find forms and basic tax information

Access tax forms at Reed Library

Reed Library will NOT have printed tax forms.  However, Fredonia students, faculty, staff, and community members can print tax forms from the federal and state online sites (see below). 

Reference Librarians will print tax forms as needed for patrons during hours that the Reference Desk is staffed:  Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  (If a Reference Librarian is not on duty, see the student supervisor at the Circulation Desk.)

Tax forms available at area libraries

These libraries will have some of the commonly used  federal and state tax forms:

Anderson-Lee Library – 43 Main St., Silver Creek, (716) 934-3468 

Dunkirk Free Library – 536 Central Ave., Dunkirk, (716) 366-2511.  Dunkirk Free Library also provides an informative page regarding federal, New York State, and other states’ tax forms.

(Barker Public Library – 7 Day St., Fredonia, (716)672-8051 will NOT have any printed tax forms.)
