Reed Library will NOT have printed tax forms. However, Fredonia students, faculty, staff, and community members can print tax forms from the federal and state online sites (see below).
Reference Librarians will print tax forms as needed for patrons during hours that the Reference Desk is staffed: Monday-Wednesday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm; Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; and Sunday, 4:00 to 8:00 pm.

Anderson-Lee Library – 43 Main St., Silver Creek, (716) 934-3468 (Forms are gradually arriving.)
Dunkirk Public Library – 536 Central Ave., Dunkirk, (716) 366-2511 (As of 2/16/18, NYS forms are available; some of the federal forms have yet to arrive.)
Dunkirk Public Library also provides an informative page regarding federal, New York State, and other states’ tax forms.
Barker Public Library - 7 Day St., Fredonia, (716)672-0851 will NOT have any printed tax forms.
Federal tax instruction books are no longer sent to libraries. Instruction books for state tax preparation may or may not be available at local libraries.
