Art Contest - can be worked on throughout the year!

Using any medium (including items found around the house or in nature), creative renditions of one of more of the Marx Brothers are welcome in the Freedonia Marxonia art contest.  Artwork can be realistic, stylized, caricatured, etc.  It can be drawn, painted, sculpted, constructed, or formed in any original way.

Art can be created throughout the year!

Entries will be displayed as part of the Freedonia Marxonia exhibit in Reed Library at The State University of New York at Fredonia in 2018.

All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate.  The art contest in intended as a fun activity to increase awareness about the Marx Brothers and their role in Fredonia's history.

Entries can be made of anything

This photo shows two of the Freedonia Marxonia 2015 art contest submissions.  One is made of pinecones found in a person's yard and the other is a converted t-shirt.
