How to create a bookshelf for to share with your students

  1. Sign in at top right of EBrary screen

  2. Perform a search and click the “Add to Bookshelf Button for each item you with to add to your course.

  3. Go to your bookshelf at the top of the page

  4. Create a folder for the items you wish to share

  5. Drag and Drop Items you wish to Share into this folder

  6. Now click on the folder title. From within the folder click "share this folder". A static URL will be created for the items in your bookshelf

  7. The system will generate a URL for your folder. This folder will be available both on and off campus for student, faculty and staff at Fredonia. You do not need to add a proxy string. Your students will be prompted to log into this folder using their Eservices Username/Password combination by signing in to the EBrary database
